    Not necessarily. Leaks can be caused by isolated issues and can usually be addressd on a healthy roof. We'll conduct a thorough inspection before suggesting repair solutions.


  • How long can I expect my roof system to last?

    The lifespan of your roof depends on the materials installed, the quality of the installation, and how well it’s maintained over time. We will conduct a logevity report for your roofing post inspection. 

  • Are your services covered by my home insurance?

    Yes, in many cases our services are covered by insurance leaving your only responsibility for the project your deductiable.

  • When is the best time to do roofing repairs?

    The moment you know it needs one. Small issues dont stay small, a minor problem today becomes a costly one fast. Spring and fall are ideal in Illinois but we work year round because waiting is not always an option.
